Family-friendly Foraging Walk

Enjoy a family-friendly hike around the shores of gorgeous Lake Enid to discover the art of foraging for wild plants. Kalista Pruden from Avalily Permaculture and The Earthskills Institute brings a wealth of local and Indigenous knowledge to lead the walk, showing what you can and can’t eat, exploring medicinal and other cultural uses of wild plants, and how to harvest them safely, sustainably and respectfully.
